Anymore else noticed Blizzard seem to have a thing for the number 8 this expansion?
Weapon Skin - Kill 8 World Bosses [8 weeks minimum]
Weapon Skin - Find 8 legendary archaeology items [8 weeks minimum]
Class Gear - Defeat 8 different dungeon end bosses
Illidan Quest - Collect 80 soul fragments [8 weeks minimum]
Don't get me wrong I understand the need to have timegates during the beginning but I do feel Blizzard need to consider removing or lowering these timegates post 7.2. Not only are people less likely to do these on alts knowing it takes 2 months but also it's going to be annoying for new players coming into WoW mid expansion or even post expansion

atleast for the acheology artifact skin i can tell from experience that is account wide :P
the rest i don't know about :P
also they might lower is in 7.2 or 7.3 but that's quite some time away still.

It's not 8, they just really like number 88, but they want to disguise it somehow. Blizzard = Nazi confirmed.

Let's not exaggerate we're talking about COSMETIC features. The long haul is the gearing up. Blizzard could remove the week limit after 7.2. Let people choose the archaeology quest from a list then allow them to do another the following. Keep all World Bosses up 24/7. There's no effort in waiting 1 week to continue

I said the long haul is gearing up meaning gear SHOULD take time and effort. Cosmetic stuff like weapon skins shouldn't or at the very least be account wide
