Actually it is going to be recognized ( atleast is US) in near future. But for now let's stick to regional discrimination. ( I can argue it's ethnic discrimination as well, but I'm not going waste my time explaining why the one British dude born and raised in Dubai doesn't count.)

It's a great time for collecting empirical data. One side says this is fine and the other claims there will be unwanted repercussions. Considering what countries like Sweden and Germany have already done, there is going to be plenty of information coming out in the future. As someone not living in those countries, I welcome their willingness to participate in large scale social experiments.

I don't think there can be reform for people willing to kick a 1 yr. old child in the face. They are just too far gone. Plus I am not willing to risk another 1 year old (or anyone else) getting kicked in the face just to give these degenerates another chance.

When someone commits an action, it is like they make an announcement. They say "hey look at me! This is what I am, these are the kinds of things I do!" It is up to us to make sure we hear them loud and clear and respond accordingly.
