Yes, I remember hearing about this, but it had been quickly debunked.
The thing is that, unless we can get a direct assessment of the proof behind it, it's very hard to determine the accuracy of these claims. During the election, we've had many "false news" or, perhaps more accurately, "false proof" of anonymous people impersonating US officials to disclose information to some media outlets.
Now I don't want to close these allegations with that. I don't want to do a fallacy with something that could have some serious implications.
Experience with these elections tells me that, if this was the case, it would've come out sooner rather than later. I find it odd that this bit of information pops ten days before Trump's official nomination. I also find it odd that it correlates with a US intel document that was published not even a week ago. Obviously, the group that pushes these allegation is also entirely anti-Trump.
Which is why this must be taken lightly. In regard of the anonymous sources, conjecture and lack of evidence presented, we cannot assume that it is true.

Let me take a stab at what will follow in a twitter storm..
'I've hardly ever been to Russia, and I don't know anything about Prostitutes. What even is a prostitute? I never did what they said, and the people saying it are bad, bad people. If there was pee in the bed, it's because they peed themselves knowing I would win, because I'm a winner'
Followed by several tweets on how overrated CNN is, and how MI6 agents don't belong in American politics, but let me show you why Russia is so great.
I want to underline this part of the article you have linked:
The document was prepared for political opponents of Trump by a person who is understood to be a former British intelligence agent. It is not just unconfirmed: It includes some clear errors. The report misspells the name of one company, “Alpha Group,” throughout. It is Alfa Group. The report says the settlement of Barvikha, outside Moscow, is “reserved for the residences of the top leadership and their close associates.” It is not reserved for anyone, and it is also populated by the very wealthy.

Too dumb to be voted into office?
Yes, that idea is the real problem about trump. People underestimated him completely.
He is smart when its about manipulation. The alt right movement just were easy propagandists for him. And the morons who voted him for a "change" just have to see that everything is going to get even worse. Neo liberal economics on their way.
Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
Nope. It has never been debunked. It just faded from the spotlight because there was no corroborating evidence to back it up. The FBI/CIA/NSA are now looking into it and finding that the agent and his sources are credible. The next step will be to corroborate the evidence itself.... if they do the shit is going to hit the fan.
It's obvious what you want to be true, but lets deal with facts.
And we have none. All there is is unsubstantiated allegations of a retired MI6 agent with some sort of explosive information about Trump and all the intelligence agencies and US party leaders and now the Russians all know about it but have done nothing so far.
Yeah, no conspiracy theories here people......
That's it, I'm putting the popcorn in the microwave.
It was, although much like the link you've sent originally it's kind of stupidly complex to find any source now that the web is placated with crap about Russia, Trump and Hillary.
Some of the claims made in the document are worryingly close to what Pizzagate/Spirit Cooking were during the elections, likening Hillary to a Satanical cult and part of a pedophilia ring. I didn't believe them then and I have a hard time believing this now. Plus, as it is stated on the buzzfeed page you've sent, many points of information in the document are factually false.
This is why I am skeptical of it.

The news is saying the Russians are trying to get compromising information on Trump, not that they've found any. *sheesh*
