She represents the darker side of the Alliance. She's consistent. She has a reason to hate the Horde that fits her. She shouldn't be one of the few characters with a hatred/suspicion of Horde, but the majority since people don't generally forgive easily when their loved ones are killed.
That being said, I expected people to vote her little because she hates on the precious Horde. On the other hand, when we got a character that hated on the Alliance and was inconsistent to the core between expansions, like Garrosh, he got 7.73.
I will nominate Runas the Shameless.
For revoting I will nominate the Hero.

She's consistent at least but other than that I don't feel she's been that impactful because we haven't seen much of her other than being the black sheep when it comes to how the alliance fights 5/10
