It's super shitty for everyone involved.

From the Serenity side of things, I'm sure they feel like they got cheated. I'd be really angry if I were them, and it would definitely affect my play for at least the rest of the day. Furthermore, if they lose, everyone is gonna say that they made a bunch of excuses even if they go out of their way to say they lost fair and square, and that seems to be something that they care about, that people see them as honorable competitors.

From the Method side of things, there can never be any plausible deniability on their part. Assume for a moment that Jadelolz acted independently and no one in Method had any idea what was going on; how do you prove that? There's no way you can ever prove your innocence from such a claim, and this will probably follow them around forever, even if Blizzard themselves step in and say that Method had no part in it.

There's absolutely no way you can defend the players saying "lol" etc. The second they knew about it they have to act.
Example: if a coach/manager of a sports team are aware that one of their athletes are cheating (steroids for instance) and not doing anything about it they are responsible aswell, just laughing and acting like nothing is not a valid reason to blame innocence.

Yes I know the screenshot is real. I was referring to the person I responded to saying they accepted the free flasks invite from a friend/fellow raider and not some random. Meant proof of that.
