Any case, Sweden managed the financial crisis of 2007-2008 very well. Now i'm not an economist but I try to keep updated but on this issue, I couldn't find an easy graph or so to explain as to why Sweden did well during this period, but I hope something like this can suffice;

We actually had incredibly low inflation the years following the bankrupcy of Lehman Brothers. While it was a shaky time all over the globe, Sweden, Germany and other central/nordic european countries have ways to cope.
