Gundam IBO 48 - Fuck. Mika is going to go crazy.
Honestly, after how his life has been up until now, I sort of hope Mika makes it out alive. He deserves to be able to live without being someone else's weapon for once. But considering the circumstances, the chances of that happening are slim.
I'm enjoying IBO but at the same time, their lack of subtlety was astounding. "Hey look, the sun is setting, everything is okay, we'll all be fine. There's no way anything bad would happen now."
...
...
Right. That said, I didn't expect Orga to die, actually. But this does strengthen my suspicion that the "day" referenced before will involve Mikazuki doing something horrible. Mika clearly has no direction or conscience of his own - it's only Orga that gives him anything resembling restraint.
Youjo Senki 10
An okay episode. I thought last week's was better. I've come to the conclusion that episodes involving Tanya and her internal monologue are the best, those that focus on the war are second-tier. Not bad, but for me the series' entire claim to fame is its unique dynamic between the epitome of a selfish capitalist and an anachronistic, wrathful God.

You forgot this.
Don't sweat the details!!!
Anything to look forward to this up coming season?
"Would you please let me join your p-p-party?
Looking at the list:
https://myanimelist.net/anime/season
Hero academia season 2
Berserk (2017) ???
Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai (for our forum perverts)
Alice to Zouroku (looks original)
Atom: The Beginning
Warau Salesman New (that one looks interesting .. probaly similar like that shushi police type)
Quite weak season.

(not sure if its a old ep and new one is a remake)
Don't sweat the details!!!
Obligatory "what I'll watch but probably drop after three episodes". In no specific order:
Clockwork Planet
Renai Boukun
Ereomanga Sensei (drunk watch)
Seikaisuru Kado
Sagrada Reset
Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka?
Tsuki ga Kirei
Souryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni
If I could binge for sequels (which I won't):
Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata
Shingeki no Bahamut: VIRGIN SOUL
Like Shinzai once said, it's pretty much the Great Teacher Onizuka of magic high school manga. It's a pretty funny and enjoyable read, so if they adapt it properly, it can be one of the better anime of this season.

Yeah, this place tends to disappoint.
Next season:
Granblue Fantasy
Clockwork Planet
Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi no Kinki Kyouten (boobs and thighs, no other better reason tbh)
Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho
Sagrada Reset
Alice to Zouroku
Maybe Fukumenkei Noise
What I'll be watching in the following season:
Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2 (Because, why not?)
Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka Gaiden: Sword Oratoria (Maybe, haven't read the spin-off yet, not sure I care.)
Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata ♭ (More thighs.)
Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul (More Bahamut.)
Eromanga-sensei (As a train-wreck)
Berserk (Unless the animation is shit/bad 3D again, in which case, no.)
Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho (The manga is ok, only a few chapters out so far, so the show might get interesting)
Clockwork Planet (This will be worth watching to see Xebec's art and depiction of the scenario, if nothing else. The manga is pretty good too, though the main relationships are kinda cliche.)
Renai Boukun (The manga is so much fun.)
Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai (Probably absolute trash.)
Re:Creators (Look interesting.)
Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism (Weird combo of comedy and faux-martial arts.)
Sakura Quest (Maybe it'll be Glasslip 2)
Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? (Because Satelight)
Tsuki ga Kirei (Might be interesting, might be boring.)
Alice to Zouroku (Looks interesting.)
Seikaisuru Kado (Looks like a Japanese version of Stephen King's the Langoliers.)
Tsugumomo (I hope it's done well, but because of how the manga is constructed, it may just end up being a run of the mill filler-type anime.)
Atom: The Beginning (I have a soft spot for Tezuka Osamu related works, plus it's Production IG.)
I'll probably watch:
- Attack on Titan s2 (I figure why not, might not be as slow as s1, probably won't watch much)
- Danmachi: Best Girl Edition (Aiz was really the only character I found interesting in Danmachi)
- Saekano: Utaha Strikes Back (Required watching to be allowed to continue posting)
- Bahamut: Genesis (I really hope this was as good as the first one)
- Sakurada Reset (Looks like one I'll check out for the premise but lose interest in)
- Re:Creators (The blurb sounds kinda lame, but there are a few VAs in the cast that I really like)
- Sakura Quest (It's P.A. Works, gotta at least take a look)
- Fukumenkai Noise (The manga has been on my radar for a while, I'll watch an episode or two to see if I want to read it)
- Shuumatsu Longest Title of the Season Award desu ka? (I heard about the novels from my ex, it's been on my radar for a while)
- Tsuki ga Kirei (It's by Feel and I don't think they've made a show that has disappointed me; it's also anime original apparently and the concept sounds nice)
Those are the only ones that really stuck out; I'll likely let thread chatter point me towards others. There are a couple of sequels I want to see but I haven't watched the previous seasons of, like Natsume and the other P.A. Works show.
