230 @ 6'
I generally consider myself overweight, but many people who see me don't. I'm fairly muscular with a good candy coating. My low weight where people think I start looking too thin is about 175 to 180.
Even at this weight I still run 7 minute miles and can move heavy objects so it doesn't concern me much.
5'9" at 210 pounds. Down from 260 this last year and change, so I feel pretty good about that. Like to get down to 170/180 then start lifting, but eh. This plateau is being a bitch. Been stuck here for like 7 or 8 months.
5'10 at 220lbs
84.5kg at 6'0, still trying to decide whether I should stay this weight or take the plunge and go up a weight class for my sport. That would mean a new goal of max 94, but that's also years before I get there.
Somewhere around this:

I'm about to start the chrono diet, and move to gym from working out at home, since I reached 90 kg again and 75-80 is the right weight for me.
I go back and forth with dieting. I'm a male, 29, 5'10". I was 178lbs in September of last year, now I'm 210. After I got my knee injury I got depressed because I couldn't run anymore. Eight months later, and even with therapy, I STILL have this knee injury. Thinking it isn't going away.
I look like I have a beer belly (don't drink though!), the rest of me looks lean.
169/76ish at 6'2.
once it gets warmer ill be out walking more the weight will fall off
It's really interesting how different our bodies are. You and I are the same height, but when I was 68-70 kg I was considered almost anorexic T_T I wasn't even allowed to join the army (draft thingy).
I'm not implying that you're anorexic or anything like that. My comment is not about it at all...
