But Trump has not enacted any policies that would affect the economy yet, the healthcare bill has to pass to senate and his budget is in its infancy same for tax reform. Trump's 1 trillion dollar infrastructure plan has yet to also materialize, if you believe what Trump has said the economy is horrible and we have a 40% unemployment rate.

As for the foreign policy trip I supposed we should all be thankful that he has not caused an international incident. He has managed to anger the Europeans but for Trump the bar is set so low that not causing a major problem can be considered a win.

Nothing Trump has done has effected the economy, except for his possible impeachment talks when it dipped over 300 points in one day. His foreign policy trip wasn't successful, it made him look like a fucking child when he was pushing people out of the way to be at the front of the fucking line. I watch some Colbert videos on Youtube once in a while but I don't get my news from him. And even then, a comedian in Colbert is better and more truthful than anything you listen to. Trump's numbers aren't going up, if anything they are dipping lower with this new information about Kushner.

What's interesting to me is it is inadvertently (or maybe not) exposing one of the fundamental pieces that makes conservative ideology work -- the whole "just as long as I get mine."

Notice the focus isn't on society as a whole, or how everyone is doing, but rather about his 401k and his bitcoin.
