Thoughts?
People have been reporting the rings dropping on the PTR, and they're subject to the same legendary limit.
Are y'all excited for RNG deciding if you'll get another talent or not?

Let's hope that it's just because they're not implemented correctly on PTR
Because those rings are basically a major fix for blood DK,and I'd hate to have to rely on RNG for my spec being whole and functionnal
FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
...they're Legion legendaries, why wouldn't they have the same limit as other Legion legendaries?
"May the way of the Hero lead to the Triforce"
"May the Goddess smile upon you."
"Hero", is what they've all been saying. This world, it isn't worth the saving."
I'm a little ticked because I've been trying to get the Execute ring for my warrior, and now do I not only have to worry about getting that stupid fucking Sephuz ring, but now this new ring as well...
Nothing is "confirmed". They are still effectively placeholder items on the PTR and probably won'teven be obtainable until 7.3
I'd reallylike there to be an earnable legendary, one of the things I hate about the damn things is that they drop at random from very low level content. Just churning Broken Shore dailies seems one of the best sources, when you turn in and get the Legion recompense.
Making them earnable, and allowing a third legendary but having the rings not count towards the two unique slots, would be fine.
I've not been following along, but there's a difference between "Unique-Equip" and "Unique-Equip: Legion Legendary (2)."
If it gets the latter qualifier, then it counts in the two-max legendaries. If it's just "Unique-Equip," then (since they have the class-based restrictions, also?) you can equip it separately.

Took a while, but in the end, I was right all along

Yes, it is confirmed. Here's the link to the post on twitter.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I despise this legendary system. And putting such powerful items behind it further angers people.
They KNOW that a lot of the playerbase don't like the system, yet they double down on it so much? Why? This worries me.
I think they ruined this then. They should have, at the very least, made them a tangible reward from some sort of class specific something. Even if they simply tacked it on to the end of the class order hall mount thingy instead of making new content it would have been fine. The best thing they could have done was to make these a reward but also have them not count towards your legendary item limit. Would have been a nice little bonus for people who stuck with the expansion this long. Instead, we got some rings which are BiS for some specs and not for others... I know as a frost DK I'll not give a damn about that ring at all. I probably won't care about the other one they added too and just continue to keep my loot spec to Unholy for those legendaries just in case.
There's been no precedence for legendaries specific to legion to be solely Unique-Equip, though, so this would be very strange - especially since these rings will undoubtedly still be better than any non-legendary ring (even if they aren't in part of everyones "BIS" 2 legendaries), so if they aren't limited by the (2) LL limit, they're going to be used no matter what. And that's the whole point of the 2 legendary limit. In fact if they went outside the (2) limit, they'd go from most people saying "meh" to being immediately the most sought out items in the game, because they go around the limit.
