Got REAL moist for that 'Anthem' only to find out it comes out Autumn/Fall 2018, over a year away. I understand hype/brand identity etc. are a thing, but does anyone else get browned off when they see something they really like the look of, not just games mind you, then told you can't have it for over a year?

I mean, I can be patient, but still. makes me wonder why they didn't just hold off on announcing it until autumn THIS year. Pretty sure I read somewhere Bioware has been working on this for, what, 6 years?

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they did that to avoid Destiny.

Its E3, we got Dad of war last year too. Same with Spoderman. They are still a bit away.

Well if it's an issue for you there is a very simple solution.

Stop watching e3 and other trade shows.

Very intrigued by that XCOM 2 expansion shown in the PC gaming conference. Time to re-install XCOM 2 I guess...

So disappointed that there was no From game announced. That being said, God of War looks awesome (if a bit generic in terms of gameplay), Day's Gone looks generic but cool, Monster Hunter looks super fun (Never played this series), and Spiderman/SOTC are also awesome.

Hopefully Nintendo will save the day with a new metroid title...unlikely though. They'll probably just show shovelware and kids games/Mario.

Mario x Rabbids is a tactical turn based strategy game. So in essence, it is in the same genre as XCom.

With the new Castlevania series coming to netflix, I would be looking forward to a new addition to the Belmont story.
