Who should play X-23?

So after Logan I think it's obvious that X-23 will get a stand alone movie. Who should play her? Also does Fox own the rights to her or does Marvel still have rights like they do for quicksilver and scarlet witch?

I agree she was great. I usually find child actors annoying but she did good. I guess I wasn't taking into account that they might do an origin story for x-23 or if it would take place later in life where she became all new wolverine.
