They're BOTH Supposed to be badass, even if they're each half of the same blade. Gorribal alone can stab worlds, as seen from the old Sargeras world stabbing screenshot.

its a transmog because it wouldnt make sense for there to be a drop of it and it wouldnt make sense as an artifact appearance unless everybody can use it

Gor'Shalach is the strongest weapon. Tae'shalach is half of it, making it the second strongest weapon, right next to Gorribal.

Last time I remembered, we're not getting a SHARD of Tae'shalach, we're getting the entire blade.
