    Question Arrested?

Alright tell the truth have you ever been ARRESTED?

If so what was the charge and what was the story?

Last time I asked a big question was about cheating, I never been or done it so I had nothing to share, that being said, this one I do.

I have been arrested 2 twice both for assault pleaded down from 5th degree misdemeanor assault to disorderly conducts. 1 when I was just 17 I got in a verbal argument real loud with my older sibling 8 years older, cops were called I got arrested.

I had to do 18 weeks of Anger Management which felt like complete bullshit, I was in there with guys who beat up their old ladies and some rapist who got probation, some where in there for charges like I got but not many ALL MEN.

The woman in charge of this program collected like 15$ a week, and you had to do a journal and what not and talk about what made you angry that week, if this woman, who seemed to have an Axe to grind felt you were full of shit, or didn't buy your story, she could add more weeks to your therapy.

Yeah, I hated it, I didn't appreciate her but I did it.

The 2nd time was a fight I was over 18, it was at a concert and I didn't know the guy, it did get physical, we both pleaded down again from assault to disorderly conduct this went on my record, but surprise surprise me and the other guy got Anger Management (52) Weeks.

Other than that never arrested again but got busted driving without insurance twice, both times I was young, didn't drive very much, but I paid a huge fine, didn't hit anyone, but learned my lesson.

    That's it.

Both times I had been arrested cops were pretty decent, pretty polite even told me what to expect and gave me the run down of what my options were going to be. All of these things were roughly 20 years ago.

PLEASE NO ON GOING CRIMINAL ACTIVITY THE QUESTION IS ABOUT CRIMES IN THE PAST YOU PAID FOR.

Nope, never. Have never done anything arrest worthy, and 100% of my interactions with officers have been extremely humble, polite, and compliant.

In the eyes of the law I am pure.

I've been arrested many times, always for heinous of crimes, always released for the lack of evidence, always guilty.
All right, gentleperchildren, let's review. The year is 2024 - that's two-zero-two-four, as in the 21st Century's perfect vision - and I am sorry to say the world has become a pussy-whipped, Brady Bunch version of itself, run by a bunch of still-masked clots ridden infertile senile sissies who want the Last Ukrainian to die so they can get on with the War on China, with some middle-eastern genocide on the side

Nope, don't see why I ever would be. I don't have anger issues or anything.

I have, when I was 16. Petty theft that went wrong. Showed me it wasn't a viable career path.

Then, when I was 18, I was arrested for not coming to court for that previous arrest. Only problems were:

1- Never received the summons to begin with.
2- As per legislation where I live, since it was my first offense, they had to have me go thru what they call "compensation measures", which would've got me a certain number of community labor hours. They didn't.

As a result, this one got swiftly thrown out of court.

Assaulting a police office when I was 19.

I stole his hat when I was drunk. Largely a slap on the wrist, but was charged.

Ah I wouldn't say that, I am not exactly sure, but I think for any kind of assault it was mandatory simply to please it down to disorderly conduct which is exactly what was on the record, one was as a juvenile the other was as an adult that I could have even expunged. You live and learn.

I broke the law a few times, though nothing serious.

When I was abroad in Montreal ( I live in Romania ) I tried entering a night club with a fake ID ( I was around 17 ) and when they didn't let me in I just sneaked inside.

Marijuana possession at a music festival. Didn't get "arrested', just detained, issued a citation to appear in court, and told to have a good rest of the day. The cops didn't even search me, so I did indeed have a good rest of my day lol.

The charge resulted in a ~$100 fine and was handled much like a traffic ticket (minor misdemeanor).
