So what's your favourite alcoholic beverage?

I don't really drink much myself mostly due to taste and the side affects of getting gassy and needing a piss every 15 min! That said I recently got a taste for Pear Cider (especially on hot days) and Cherry Brandy in the colder months

I'm not much of a drinker (and when i say not much, I mean I drink a tiny bit maybe every other week?) but the things I do like tend to be barely alcoholic. certain hard ciders - angry orchard seasonal ciders are nice, especially the kind with added fruit, sangria (the kind with lighter wine, heavy on a fruit), riesling , very occasional midori sour, Asti for new years eve. that's pretty much it. basically i like things that taste like fruit juice with a very minor kick :P

I brew a gallon of beer every now and then. It's pretty good, last time I forgot to buy hops and it was a very weird taste but refrigerated it wasn't too bad.

I still have a pound or two of malt extract but the bag it's in is inflating so I'm not sure what's that about.

I tend to drink either Southern Comfort 100 proof (when I'm actually attempting to get drunk) or Redd's apple ale when I just want a drink.
