Solar eclipse across North America

Yeah I'm a dummy and learned that right now haha. Clouds let up for a second so I took a very and I mean very quick peak like not even a whole second and had to turn away. Was a small bright spot in my vision but it's gone away now. I got shit vision as it is so oh well

I'm surprised I haven't seen a thread about it. In case you didn't hear Monday the 21st there will be a total solar eclipse across North America. Millions will be able to see it, making it one of the most viewed solar eclipses ever.

Is anyone traveling to try and get a better viewing of it? What are your thoughts?

Pretty awesome stuff. Just got back from viewing it with work buddies. Great to watch with the right glasses. Wonderful celestial event.

I live in the path of the total eclipse, I went out on my back porch to watch and it was cool to see. Not life changing, but cool.

Watched Total Solar Eclipse on Science & NASA Channels, there will be another one in 2024, NASA channel says it will come up through Texas, up to Maine.
