I just told you it isn't. I did the WQ on the the PTR only one of them is a demon and it's the one you kill. Has nothing to do with Videx.

Shadowcaster Voruun is up on US realms. Can confirm with 3+ people the respawn timer is ~10 minutes. Be patient.

Ya was going to post I just killed Shadowcaster Voruun. So now just Soultender Videx. And there was no emote or event or anything for killing everyone but Soultender. So hopefully he'll surface tomorrow.

Here's another GM response found on reddit:

Today (11.9.2017) I opened a ticket to ask about if this rare is even in the game at the moment. About two hours later GM answered to my ticket and the answer was as follows:

"Thanks for getting in touch! From what I can see, Soultender Videx should not be part of the achievement as he isn't currently in the game, so our developers are working on removing him from the achievement

Once this is done, you'll get your achievement if you've completed the other criteria, but we can't grant it to you before then, unfortunately.

Glad I could clear things up!

So it seems we just have to wait for the hotfix to get our achievement.

Just got the achievement Commander of Argus after killing Ven'orn, having already killed her the first week of the patch. Seems Soultender Videx was hotfixed out of the achievement.

Confirmed, just killed Commander Endaxis and received credit for the achievement, Soultender Vidax has been removed it seems.
