When you are saying "the industry will think this or that", you are expressing an opinion about an objective thing. This opinion can be wrong. For example, the opinion of "2+2=5" happens to be wrong. Saying "but this is an opinion" doesn't elevate it above the level of right and wrong. So, yeah, totally, everyone can have an opinion "and that's fine", and your opinion on that matter was wrong. I will not lay it out in detail this time because I understand that people in the thread likely don't care. If you are interested in details, PM (although with your approach of "it's just opinions" which is misapplied in this case you probably don't).

Well I would have agreed with you befor legion but legion has turned wows normal soon ™ on its head. Didn't we have 7.3 up on the ptr pritty quick after tomb opened?

My reasoning is completely different for this patch. I think they will not push it out until someone kills argus because of spoilers in silithus, it would be quite clunky to try hide spoilers and at the same time test scaling, preview of new bg and maybe some story quests/ allied races related stuff.

Keep in mind these are the same models that were added in 7.3. They're only used for NPCs right now and most likely lack a lot of the polish player models would have. I think that's something WoWHead should mention too, but alas.

This was seriously considered as the thread couldn't be renamed through regular methods anymore. Instead of making a new thread chaud went through a bit of trouble to rename it on the database's end. Praise chaud!
