No. How did the scale determine what 1 pound is? Apparently, a bunch of people got together and decided a certain object would represent 1 pound when placed on a scale.

Yes, I know I can get many things that say on their package 11lbs and if they differ then that is how much my scale is off.

You could go with Planck Length, but it's kind of more of a theory.

Yoctometer is the smallest measurable distance of a "physical" object on the metric scale.

Do you trust length measures? Like a ruler? If so, create your own recipient, fill it with water, and you have your weight. A cube of 10 cm filled with water should weight 1 kg. A cube of 20 cm should weight 8 kg. You can research the density of the material you use to create your recipient and then calculate it's weight by measuring its dimensions with the same ruler you trust.
