This was my first thought as well. Knowing Blizzard they trademarked all thier expansion titles years ago. Hell, chances are we're going to see "World of Warcraft: TITAN" as the title of the next expansions because they're re-purposing it from Overwatch leftovers. And the funny part is that it would even fit the theme, given that Sarg is going down and we learned that Azeroth is a titan, and all that other crap.

A trademark for books doesn't necessarily apply to software. You can have an insurance named the same as a popular movie. You'll have to explicitly state which sector a trademark is for, and it can be revoked if you don't use it.
