Actually it's already been confirmed that Chromormu is in fact female. She is just one of the few who go against the usual naming conventions (there's a couple others).

Gnome Warrior. They're like little plated balls of death. Also, I'll never forget the first time I saw a Gnome Warrior fucking slay a Tauren Warrior. That was awesome.
Gnome Priest doesn't really make much sense to me as a race/class combination.
