Your favorite weapons(specific to sword, mace, etc. More details in thread)

OP: Nice thread idea : ) Some of these I have but others are just my favorite graphics. Too many great ones to choose from so there's multiples in some categories.

1H sword = Bloodsurge, Kel'Thuzad's Blade of Agony and The Turning Tide Both special moments of my raiding days obtaining these.

2H Sword = Corrupted Ashbringer The lore, the special event wielding it going in to Scarlet Monastery, and how Tigole was quoted as it being a huge mistake to ever put this as a lootable item makes it that much more special.

Fist Weapon = Lobstmourne - Need I say more?

Dagger = Fang of Korialstrasz - For one, it's a fang of Korialstrasz, and it's also a severely limited graphic (2 out of 3 of the items that use this are gone).

1H Mace = So many great ones. I'll do 5, just cause.Misplaced Servo Arm,Crystal Spire of Karabor, Guiding Star,Hammer of the Twisting Nether, The Widow's Embrace

2H Mace = Two always stuck out to me. Torch of the Damned, Might of Menethil

1H Axe = 3 Drastically different colors, all awesome though.Grand Marshal's Handaxe, Blood Fury,Rising Tide

2H Axe = Tough choices for these. I'll go with, Draconic Avenger, Gorehowl, and Shadowmourne.

Staff = So many great ones from Classic as usual. Benediction, Grand Marshal's Stave, Soulseeker, Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian.

Gun = Always liked this one. Dragonbreath Hand Cannon

Bow = Only 2 I'd ever use on my hunter. Soulstring, and Crypt Fiend Slayer

Off hand = Very proud of owning these 2 - Gem of Nerubis, Sapphiron's Left Eye

Shield = There's a bunch but I'll just do 4 :P - Red Dragonscale Protector, The Plague Bearer, The Face of Death, and Death's Bargain.

Crossbow = Love these two. Nerubian Slavemakerand Deliverance.

All in all, the best graphics have come from 60-80, hands down.

It's unfortunate that a lot of my favourites have been removed since most of them dropped in Naxx40 and didn't have their models reused in the new version.

The most obvious would be the 2H sword Corrupted Ashbringer which everyone knows

Then we have a 2H mace I haven't seen mentioned yet Maul of the Redeemed Crusader, the size is obviously a factor but I really like the otherwise simple design as well as the color scheme

There were also many great shields that were lost in the transition, namely Death's Bargain, The Plague Bearer and Stygian Buckler, all of which I hope Blizzard'll reintroduce some day (although I very much doubt it'll ever happen).

Last but not least, I really like the simplistic design of the 4 Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian, as well as the effect of ravens encircling the wielder every now and then. Soulseeker was another beautiful staff lost with Naxx.
