This is an alt I'm starting to raid on. I'll be doing 25 man heroic. Any advice on how much spirit I should aim for? Any advice in general is welcome. Be brutally honest.

Above haste cap. it's 3043 or 13163, nothing in between. I'd say you have too much spirit for 25 man normals/starting heroics so I would ditch about 2k and put it into mastery. Your gems could be a lot better. Reds should be haste/int or mastery/int (depending on break point). Yellows should be pure haste or mastery (again, break point first), and yellows should be spirit/haste or spirit mastery (ditto). Mastery is better than int at a 2:1 ratio (aka gems) so it's better to gem mastery than it is intellect. Haste is more important than intellect to get your break point at your level, so I would never gem spirit/int gems or full spirit gems. Ditch the crit shoulders ASAP and get either tier or the ones from Garrosh. Ditch your crit ring too and get either the one from Immerseus or Thok.

Logs: looking at your IJ kill from your first link, your lifebloom uptime is about 80%. It should be 95% or higher. Harmony is alright, it's at 95% but there's almost no reason why it should be lower than 100%, especially with a decent uptime on lifebloom. You only tranq'd once in a 5 min fight. You technically could have used it twice. You didn't use your Nature's Vigil at all. It's only better than HotW if you use it on CD (damage allowing). If you don't want to click a button every minute and a half, just take hotw and be done with it. NV is very strong, especially on IJ, but it's not doing anything for you if you don't remember to use it :/


6/10. Spell usage could be way better and gemming is weird. Get 13163 haste, drop 2k spirit, rest into mastery.
