The 18 digit code tells SE you preordered somewhere. They then assign you a 20 digit code that you have to register to actually get access to the headstart.

Looks like the 18diget code redemption website is down before I could get through error3. Still got a couple of days so let's hope this issue gets itself fixed.

Its important to note that if you are in the NA region and you received your 20 digit code that it starts with RAAU-
If you are NA and your code starts with RAAE- then you have a EU only code and will need a new one before headstart.

I was just able to get my 18 digit code through, got my 20 digit code and put that through with no problem either. All set for this weekend yay!

i think i preordered mine from Square's store when they announced it. Still no code, I will hope for the best as the email is long gone
