Hard Core raider in my university days, paying the mortgage now requires that I can only commit 3 nights a week for raids in between 7:00pm PST - 1am PST any night (prefer not Friday or Saturday). I will have 100% attendance
I can back to wow after a break at the end of ICC and raided with my current guild which is a semi-casual. After being back for awhile now I'm looking to improve upon the 2/8 HM progress my current guild has been able to produce.
Progression is my number 1 concern and I would be happy to be given the shot to earn a spot.
I feel like I am an excellent tank at the moment that could step in and help a progression guild today. I currently MT for my guild but also dps in fights where required as I am also one of our top dps. I'm happy to continue to tank if that's what the guild needs but would be very interested in competing for a dps spot and am confident that I would evolve into one of your top performers.

Onslaught is a group of highly skilled players working towards pushing Heroic Dragonsoul content in a 25man raid setting.
We are currently seeking the following to add to our raiding core :
Highest priority
Warrior DPS
DK DPS
Ret paladain
Warlock
Holy priest
Shaman of any spec
Tank of any class
All other classes will be considered
ALL SPOTS ARE CORE SPOTS, YOU WILL BE IN EVERY RAID IF YOU SHOW UP REGULARLY!
Exceptional apps of any class/spec are welcome and will be considered.

13/13 25man HM (12/13 pre firelands, missed Ali'kir)
7/7 Firelands Normal
6/7 Firelands Heroic (5/7 pre-nerf)
8/8 Normal Dragon soul
1/8 Dragon Soul Heroic (10 Man kill)
25man is our priority and that's what we do during our raid times and it's much more demanding than 10man so make sure you are up for the task.
We raid progression Mon - Thurs 9pm to 12am EST with a possible 1/2 hour extension if a boss is within our grasp.
We are also have many people that like to play alts and have an alt 10mans that run on non raid days . We also have alot of avid pvpers in the guild that run RBGs a few times a week along with many that also are active in arenas. We use the very fair EPGP loot system that is completely mod driven with information stored in officer notes that everyone in the guild can see. It runs a weekly decay so new raiders will be competitive for gear even with officers.

Please note that we are constantly seeking exceptional applicants of every class, so take the following list lightly. If you are a veteran player, an avid PvP'er or have a prominent WoW resumé we would love to hear from you regardless of what class you play.
Faded Chaos raids 8pm - 12am Pacific on Monday through Thursday. We like to have 3 full days towards progression (and repeat kills from new ones); our Mondays are sometimes used as progression days but we always make sure to full clear before 12:00am.
We're looking for a warrior exactly like you; strong tank but at the same time very strong dps and don't mind doing either role.
Dragon Soul: 5/8 HM (Just started on Warmaster last night; got to 3rd add-wave!)
Firelands: 7/7 HM (6/7 HM before 4.3, killed H:Rag on the day of 4.3 release)
4.1 Tier: 7/13 HM (before 4.2 patch), 9/13 HM (haven't spent much time going back to finish up)
<Midnight Reckoning> on Kil'jaeden is recruiting for its late night team raiding on Tues-Thur from 11 PM (PST/Server time)- 2 AM. We are currently 1/8 HM with goals to push much further. Without going into a whole long post, we are looking for players who meet our criteria:
-Optimized in all aspects of your character (gear, talent, glyphs, etc). Showing that you care enough to do this shows us that you care enough to take raids seriously.
-Patience. Wipes happen, sometimes they're my fault, sometimes they're yours. They also fall under the old adage "Practice makes perfect". We'll kill it, even if it isn't immediately.
-Maturity. Age isn't so much a factor as maturity is. We curse, we joke around with each other, and we have a good time. Having a sense of humor goes along with this.
-Attendance. Being a 10 man guild attendance is very important. Emergencies happen, but if they stop you from making 90% of our raids, then it may be a good idea to look at other times.

NOTE: We are not recruiting projects or undergeared people. Please be at least a 385 item level in your PvE gear, with at least 7/8 normal experience.

-Either a Protection Paladin or a Protection Warrior with a half-decent DPS off spec (Have at least 3pc t13 LFR in your tank spec)
-A priest, preferably shadow with heals OS, but would take heals with shadow OS.
Other classes are more than welcome to apply, especially since our spots are given based on efficiency in raid, not length of time in guild. This is to ensure maximum efficiency and to keep everyone striving their hardest.
