I accidentally asked this girl out. Im not sure if Im still expected to take her out or not. Thoughts?

It wasn't even obvious that you were asking her out, you actually sounded more emo than anything with that "atleast something loves you" comment. And she picked up on it and even went with a "Im up for it!" when you were beating around the bush a bit. Obviously, she's actually interested in meeting you. So that clears the first huddle.
Only thing you have to ask yourself now is, do you wanna see her? If yes, then go for it. Seems like a clearcut case.

What is the censored word? She totally called you a bitch, didn't she. If that's the case, you should probably wait until she texts you. Then give her some times a few days out that work for YOU until you find one. In short: Be a little 'hard to get' if you're at all interested. Just don't make her outwardly upset. If that happens, tell her you were busy and find a time that works for her.

I don't see how she took that as an invite.
It looks to me more that SHE was interested in going out, and kind of asked you while making it seem less like she was being so forward.

Coffee dates are awesome, just a word of advice if you really want to impress the ladies you'll tear the protective cover off the top of the cup and chug it straight down the second the person at the counter hands it to you. Don't even bother sitting down, do it right there on the spot and make sure you're making eye contact with your lady friend the whole time. She'll love it.
