    Which Class / Ability Hits the Hardest?

    As per the title, what is the highest possible raw damage hit that a class is capable of?

    Yust a gut feeling here but snipers ambush seems to hit the hardest seen it go 9k

    Out doing missions solo, self buffed with 5% crit, wearing almost full Columni gear (128 rating weapon), I regularly see 4.8-5k Ambush crits. I haven't paid so much attention to the hits while doing an Op.

    I believe mercs/commandos now have the hardest hitting abilities. A fully charged Heat seeker/Demo round can crit for pre-nerf operative hidden strikes fully charged. On the other hand, Juggs that pop trinkets and go slam spec can see 7-8k slams, possibly even more. It all depends on what you mean by highest. Buffed or unbuffed etc, and how often / on a regular basis you're talking about.

    For consistency, I'd go with mercs/commandos or a snipers/gunslingers

    I was just curious about the "all-stars aligned" highest potential hit.

    that I cant really answer. Im thinking probably a slam specced jugg/guadian, but have no idea.

    Nah we don't get that much out.

    I would probably say the sniper as well but man the game play is just not for me.

    i'd guess Sentinels/Marauders has the weakest hard-hitting ability (Annihilate, Force Scream and Smash)

    while snipers/gunslingers (Ambush) or Juggernaughts/Guardians (Smash) has the hardest hitting abilities

    Probably Snipers.

    I can tell you with certainty it isn't Sorcerers/Sages. I've yet to break 4k on a single hit.

    Gunslinger/Sniper, lolaimedshot/lolambush. I've started calling it this since the time I pinged a guy in a lvl 50 BG for roughly half his health (8374). It was a good feeling, since up that point I'd felt really weak. (bad gear luck) In PvE I'm not aware of anyone who hits as hard as me, though our Sent puts out insane damage over time (I'm not ashamed to say one of us does the better dps and I don't think it's me.) and our Commando sometimes goes dps (in his healing gear) and the Grav round spam, with all that alacrity, is pretty insane.

    As a Commando DPS, I have 2 Gunslinger friends that I do hard mode flashpoints with. When I am with either of them, we completely decimate the trash and bosses and make it through the flashpoints relatively quick.

    hard hitting is one thing, dps is another... when it comes to dps because of DOTS and abilities i'd say Assassins can take someone out quickest.

    Oh, in that case a crit/surge trink on a sundered Karagga's puzzle boss on fire for 13-15k is where it's at.

    sure...Snipers can get really large single hits, but rage spec warriors' smashes...can hit multiple people, at like 6k+ regularly, can't imagine "with all stars aligned"

    Massacre hits hard? Not sure about Force Scream, never played Carnage.

    Sniper Ambush + Explosive Probe that goes off at the same time as Ambush hits imo.

    You have to take into account that massacre procs an ataru form hit, which is force damage. Massacre crits for 2k, + a 700 or so hit from ataru. It still hits less than annihilate, but it's spammable and much more manageable.

    There is a vid on youtube and possibly a thread here about a Guardian critting over 9k. Its hard for someone to sit and say my class doesn't hit hard, I mean have you tried stacking surge? Just guessing though, that a sniper/gs with tons of surge would hit very hard on a crit.

    Thats a windup; 3 TM/Galvs and the the noodleshot.

    Pommel Strike (Sentinel) easily deals 2x as much damage as all my other skills... which makes sense since it can only be used on incapacitated targets.
