Charc Names

Now im sure this was done when the game was released. but i thought it interesting to share some ideas and what not and see what names other people have come up... and more importantly just for a laugh

These are my Charc names

Bounty Hunter: Wobbafett (like the pokemon but a "a" instead of a u)
Trooper: Obvious... Like the BH/Trooper mechanics. And the For the title Captian
Inquister: Kore'l. Idk if it was spelled it right. But for the Lord title so i can be called Lord Kore'l... like is SG1 Season One

Rella (reserved name for future char)

and yes... my future chars will keep this R thing going :P

On Dalborra, i scored the Legacy Name of 'Dragon'.

So if I can't think of a cheesy name, I go with Fire Emblem characters. Tiltyu, Levin, Sigurd, Holseti, etc.

Most of my names are mashups of stuff from mythology, real names that seemed interesting courtesy of 20k Names website, and characters from books... I just mix 'em all up until something comes out that sounds good, heh.

Sometimes the name of a character is very helpful to others, though not necesssarily for the reasons the owner might want.

Fearmeh (Sith sorc. It´s like two edged sword, so for pvp "Fear" but in the joke side i ended it with "meh")

Legacy Name: Ri'shard - My middle name is Richard, it's a play on that.

Trooper: Morros - (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moros) The extra 'r' came into play when my guild faction transferred in WoW, and apparently someone didn't like the idea from our old server and made a bunch of our toon names on the new one so we had to make variants.

Consular: Mugunruk - It was the original name of my Warlock in WoW, which originated from a Spear-type weapon in Phantasy Star Universe.

Knight: A'den - No real significance behind this honestly, just sounded good to me.

Smuggler: Karlee - My first name is Karl, and I hate trying to think of names for girl characters.

2nd Trooper: Lyla - I loved, absolutely loved, the Trooper story line and want to go through it again, dark side this time. Lyla comes from the Lightsworn archetype for Yugioh.

Inquisitor: Sor'rom - Morros backwards and apostrophe'd.

Warrior: Jabroga - Again, another name from PSU, it was the name of a Photon Art for two-handed axes, it was a very powerful ability, so I felt like it fit with a Sith Warrior

My sorcerer's name is Bakeitso of the Numberone legacy. Looks like a fat version of the Picard.

Legacy - Darvis

I don't run with the legacy on my bounty hunter or agent. Didn't run with it on my consular for a while, either, but do now. I'll probably flip on my legacy on everyone once they're all 50. Just depends what goes with the title they have. Flipped it to legacy title on my warrior since it went better with Darth. Will do the same with my inquisitor once she's 50.

Going to roll a female agent named Lareen and a male warrior named Vraen at some point. Thinking a male inquisitor named Rayel, too. When I played KotOR I, I used Rayel Darvis for my Revan so I carried the last name over to TOR. Didn't realize until after I named my knight that Car'thak is just Carth with "ak" at the end. Wasn't even thinking of that at the time. >.> I just knew I wanted two harsh sounding syllables together. Was going to do Var'thak, but didn't have the same ring for me. Var's too soft for me compared to Car. Was also tempted to name my knight something Ninja Turtle themed since mirialans can be really green. I couldn't stand the greenest shades so went with the more yellow-green color.

I tend to like playing with syllables so often come up with various names. When I play games, I prefer to avoid real names unless I feel they fit the environment, and I prefer to avoid names that just look more like squashed sentences. I don't roleplay, but I do like to keep with the theme of what I'm playing.

Her original name is Kulu, but adapted the Ky in honor of her master...thus making her Kulu'ky. xD

My main is a Smuggler with the name Valina Starchild. Just liked how it rang. My alts on another server, however, are:

All the other Forsaken names were reserved on day 1 but I've yet to start actual characteres.

I was even able to snag the Legacy name 'Forsaken'. So all of my characters are from the Forsaken Legacy. Looks awesome next to their names. :P For some reason, though, Lanfear was unavailable. Not taken, but unavailable. I wonder if a GM or something already snagged the name.
