Rugrats.
I always felt like I was watching deformed children, the cartoon style really never sat well with me.
Glad to see inspector gadget on the first list. I don't even know why, but he used to rub me the wrong way.
There wasn't really many I hated, there were lots I didn't watch such as the Powerpuff girls but I didn't hate it, there were just better things on when they were on.
Ren and Stimpy is the only one I actually didn't like, that I can think of. I didn't like the style of it more than anything else
basically all cartoons that solely adhered to the "disgusting + loud = funny" formula, e.g. rocko's modern life, ren & stimpy etc.
Ren and Stimpy
Cow and Chicken
Rocket Power
Hmmm.. I know there's more I probably didn't like, but I can't think of any right now. I know I probably will remember them later, though.

There were a number of cartoons I didn't care for as a child, including:
- Ren & Stimpy
- Aaahh!!! Real Monsters
- Catdog (I wasn't a big fan of this show, but I would watch it)
- Courage the Cowardly Dog (also not a big fan, but I would watch it)
- Invader Zim (hated it back then, love it now)
Ed Edd and Eddy
Animaniacs
Beavis and Butthead
Digimon
I'm sure few more will pop in my mind eventually but these are the ones I can think of now. If this was a favorite's list, my list would have over a thousand entries.
It was a very fine line to me. I ended up watching a lot of shows like swat cats, jonny quest, reboot, doug, recess, the various sonic series, talespin, darkwing duck, et cetera. I'm sure people can fill in the blanks with others.
I was even "okay" with dexter's lab. I watched rugrats but was not quite sure what I thought about it, because as someone said earlier, they really did look like strange deformed babies.
But most of my dislikes were the "newer" cartoons (new at the time!) that were trying to follow in Ren and Stimpy's stylized footsteps. The animation quality and style in Spongebob, Ed Edd and Eddy, Catdog, Angry Beavers, Cow and Chicken, etc completely drove me away. I usually stuck to shows that stuck to the older, more "realistic" cartooney style instead of the new style of just sticking insane faces on even-more-ridiculously-proportioned characters. The new style just rubbed me the wrong way, and made characters look flat like they were made of paper. It seemed lazy to me on the part of the artists.
I'm stunned that Cow and Chicken is even mentioned here, guess some people are too sensitive against odd things, or atleast were.
I never liked Top Cat, I actually hated it. Another one I hated was those Motor Mice from Mars, absolutely horrible. Also, any kind of Transformers series, and I still dislike the animated series of it.
Yu-gi oh. I remembered being so pissed that everyone shifted away from Pokemon card games, and moved towards Yu-gi oh card games. I had just completed my Poke-deck when that happened .
