Do you drive stick or automatic - what did you take your license with? Did you take it with automatic and at points was unable to drive a friends car due to it being manual...? Did you get your license with an automatic and learned manual later?

Manual. Because I actually enjoy driving.
Manual for sure, I like to shift gears
manual with a gear stick ofc (flappy pannel looks fun but apparently doesnt work in the real world). i love dropping down and listening to my vtech
Your speaker volume BETRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS YOU!
Manual. I do believe that's the norm in Belgium. People who drive automatic are less prevalent.
Resurrected Holy Priest
Stick. Automatic seems to be an American thing
I like riding a stick manually.....
yeah I just said that.
I got my license in an automatic, I drive a stick now though.
As long as I get from point A to point B in a good amount of time I could care less about having to shift every few minutes. I'm not crazy about cars like most people and I really don't understand "car language". I would maybe like sports car one day, but even I will drive that automatic lol.
Learned Manual first. Driving an automatic now. Either way is okay for me, but I don't drive a lot now anyways.
You germans and your libidoes...
...
How you doin'

I dont get why people dont all learn manual and then proceed to drive manual or automatic depending on what they want - because if you drive manual you can drive auto but not vice versa..
always driven manual just gives me more control of the car and the throttle
It's apparent everyone who voted in this poll doesn't have a daily 30-mile commute in bumper-to-bumper traffic.
Stick for the weekends or in areas with no traffic.
Automatic if you have kids or ever drive in traffic.
