Does liposuction fall under the NHS domain?

Mreh. Still; she's complaining that she can't work. So, do the operation, get her out there to work. Saved hundreds of thousands in benefits over the long run. Done.

If I were running things, this woman would be publicly executed.

462 pounds is inexcusable, eat less and exercise more, asking people to pay for surgery is unreal... good job, now her family will get a lot of hate because of her.

On another note, how can any man stay with a monster like that? I'll never understand why people stay with an unattractive spouse.. maybe its just me, partnership is based on a sexual attraction and mental attraction, if you don't maintain both, cya.

What do you have to eat to even get that big? This isn't sarcasm, this isn't a joke. How many calories a day do you literally need to get to get that big?

Didn't you read? Dieting was "hard" and exercise "hurt".

As someone who works in the NHS, this would be one of those cases you really have to hold back from laughing at, I hope she gets refused treatment, its just a joke.
It's meant to be there as a last resort, when you've tried all else and it has failed, or isn't a viable option, not when you sit at home and spend $300/week on shit.

You seem to be both a scholar and a gentleman, a truly nice presence to be around.

On a serious note, I support her right to be that large, but not the right for the tax payer to pay to fix it. Her arrogance of demanding we do when it could easily be solved herself over a lengthy period of time is genuinely annoying.

EDIT: Shit she's just down the road from me. Also excessive drinking while pregnant with your 6 kids. Stay classy Milton Keynes. £17,000 a year received in benefits, AND she feels she's entitled to a expensive surgery on the NHS. This is what's wrong with England today, and what's worse is that I imagine she'll influencing her 6 children to become the same.

Her weight is a symptom of her general lack of caring for herself. Giving her lipo isn't going to fix anything. If her weight is causing so many problems for her, but she generally lacks any will or determination to fix her own health issues that she's created, then she should live with them. If she wants to claim that her pregnancies are the major contributor to her weight problems then tough luck, those are her kids and her choices. Look at how many kids she has, by the second kid she would have already known for certain how big of an impact pregnancies were having on her weight. Her reluctance to lose pregnancy weight after pregnancy, and then refusing to diet and continue filling herself with fast food is the real problem.
There are extremely few cases in which a person's weight is out of their control, and they do need assistance of others to correct the problem. This woman is not one of those cases. This woman just plainly likes to blame others for her mistakes and problems, and want other people to fix them for her.

In the same way that giving a liver transplant to an unrepentant alcholic is a bad idea, I wouldn't support providing liposuction here since there's no guarantee it'd fix her problems permanently. Try diet and exercise first properly. If that's no good, go for gastric bypass.

Oh, and to make matters worse, she claims to have downed 12 small cans of lager a day while pregnant. Ugh.
And seriously, exercising IS SUPPOSED TO HURT! DIETING IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARD.

I don't see how this is any worse than the professional welfarers we support. They aren't even pretending to get a job at least this bitch is lying to us about wanting to work. Good for her. Good for everyone that gets a free ride in America - that's what we are here for. I have worked since the age of 14 - had a job at all times in my life (except for 1 year) and Im 36 now.

The fact she eats 5,700 calories a day proves that pregnancy isn't the main factor.

Really Why should I pay for her to get the Operation, Why doesn't she do something about her weight and start a fitness regime. If She wants the Operation let her pay for it otherwise get fit or die young because your over-weight, tired of people in Britain leeching off the people that want to work and do so! And also yes Lipo does, Women can get a boob job if they want, if they are 'distressed' by their appearance. Anther reason to semi privatise the NHS!

'I can’t afford a personal trainer or weight-loss surgery – I need help from the taxpayer. I know it’s my fault I’m fat, but my pregnancy cravings meant I couldn’t stop eating,' she told Closer."

I am personally in favour of fat people being fat, as long as they except it's their fault they are fat and don't blame anyone else, the same way in that I am in favour of people being able to smoke.

This woman however is having a laugh, for one, you don't NEED to exercise to lose weight, weight loss is 80% about diet and the 5700 calories a day she eats is just mind blowing. Secondly if you KNEW pregnancy was making you eat uncontrollably don't have 6! children. Why did she continue? Because of the child benefit clearly.

While the UK is struggling to cope with inflation and pay stagnation this woman expects us all to chip in and pay for her to continue being lazy, and I hate it.

Meh, better to pay for weight loss operation than the other problems that follow the obesity - though a gastric rubber band or bypass would be better than a liposuction

I highly doubt this would stop it though. This woman doesn't have an issue losing the weight, she eats 5,700 calories of pure processed badness a day. An operation will not stop a person eating rubbish, if this woman ate say, 2800 calories a day, she'd lose weight immediately, the larger you are the more energy it takes to maintain that weight.

She clearly needs some psychological help, I imagine the eating is linked to something and that's why she eats so excessively.
