I'll go with The Burning Crusade. Karazhan and The Battle of Mount Hyjal were... awesome.
Well, I hated Cata raids.

WotLK, only viable choice really. I unfortunately didn't get to experience BC raiding, but I was max level and doing endgame content the entirety of Wrath. Cata raiding was kinda cool, especially certain boss mechanics in Firelands. Other than that, eh. I had fun doing Naxx at 3 in the morning, and doing Ulduar HMs when they were still hard.

Did not raid vanila, so no opinion there.
From what i DID raid, TBC by far, and i haven't even seen all of it!
It was the time for wow, from the begining, till the pre warth nerfs across the board.
From that point after, it is just a constand decline with one exeption (ulduar)
