Because I don't want to buy a game and then find out I wasted my money? That's why I watch them, and I like their humor.

I'd rather just play myself.

Some of us can do both. I have 10k songs in my library and I still listen to the radio. Some of the personalities are fun to watch, some (read: most) are better than me, so there's really no reason NOT to at least see what they're up to.

I guess I do watch videos when I am in que for matchmaking for said game.
Eg. DotaCinema when in que for Dota2 games
or Day9 when in que for SC2 games

Of course not, that's not what I meant. But I need some kind of look at a game that I'm potentially buying, can't just buy it blindly. I'm not a fan of video game review sites because they lack integrity, but TB is independant and I like his way of presenting the games. So I watch his channel.
