Also why do rogues get a 410 thrown weapon but there is no Str equivalent?

Combat: 4 abilities (working in a 5th gives you a total of ~1% more DPS)
Subtlety: 6 abilities (5, really-- one is non-rotational, only something you use when you can't backstab. Also, another refreshes enough that you may only have to cast it once)
Assassination: Basically, 3 abilities: Slice and Dice refreshes every envenom. Other than that, Mute above 35%, Bstab under and rupture, envenom as long as Rupture is up.

Rogue PvE play, for all three specs, is more about sustained combo point and buff/debuff management than it is about mashing a ton of different buttons. Assassination is the easiest of the three specs, and has the fewest core buttons (2, 3, and 4/5 in the OP's screenshot). Assassination only needs to get S&D (OP's button 6) up at the beginning of the fight, since using Envenom refreshes it with the appropriate talent. The rest are all cooldowns and utility buttons.

OT: Shit happens. I've seen four No'Kaleds drop in LFR. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen three of the same piece drop in a run.
