Game Update 1.3 New Stuff

So I logged on the PTS today and tried to find the recipes for the new Biochem Adrenals (the ones for PvP) but I can't seem to find them. Anyone saw these yet? I was very excited about these....

Also I really like the new character perks (you can take a look at the full list here). I don't have a lot of credits on my char but I bought the field respec droid :P

I really dislike how the perks are only for one character not all the characters in your legacy.
