If you were thinking about subbing this is even better than the level 15 trial, all I had to do was logging with my account and patch the game

Yeah, the update on that site was a little slow. A lot of confusion on the F2P limitations ensued.

All the better in my opinion. There are a LOT of people who returned to the game with the server transfers and 1.3. There are still a lot of people sitting on the fence. I'm all for them doing anything they can to bring those who left back to the game or attract new subscribers.

pretty sweet deal. if i had the money to sub up again, i would. but another MMO has a hoover attached to my bank account due to a "AP"...

well this was expected, got a similar invite when 1.2 went live. wasn't interested at the time but the group finder has convinced to take another look.

Anyone can get a free week if they have been unsubbed for 3 months. There doesn't have to be a "free week" promotion.

Find out the facts before you bash a game.

According to some stat stuff on tor status there was an uptick in the total number of concurrent players.

Also, we've seen that the "heavy" "very heavy" and "full" depends on the server you are on. 3.5k online might be heavy on one server whereas 3k might be full on another.

I don't think you need to activate it anywhere, I just updated the game and could log on my account and play.

Just from my experience in my own guild (8 came back), fleet discussions (lots of people saying they just came back) and the official forums/MMOC posts, there are a good number of people coming back.

Naturally, I don't have the exact numbers and I don't suspect that we will until the next quarterly call.
