Hard to say for myself. Games that left a long lasting impression on me are Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Xenoblade, MGS4 in no order.

And since we will count pc games I must say MOP may be it for me. Im loveing this expansion so I would say MOP then mass effect 3 but the years not over yet and I am stocked about halo 4

Mass Effect 2 no doubt, with Arkham City losing only because it's waaaaaaaaay shorter.
