Question about Avatars/Signatures

Helloooooo,

I was thinking about testing my skills as an artist and making custom Avatar's and signatures for people on Mmo-Champ, though, I haven't unlocked the ability to have them myself yet.

Can you guys help me out with the Parameters? (Max size of Sig's and Avatars?)

tldr sig must be under 50kb/500x100px, av under 20kb/100x100px. Nothing rude and such.
