If available to you, I would get 180 int on your bracers. Your dragonling should have crit instead of mastery. Remove your cloak reforge.

You seem to have amazing luck with drops. I've only gotten 2 items in 3 weeks in MV, been nothing but leather and plate.
Hit seems a little low but other than that looks good.

You might wanna consider replacing your orange gems to Crafty Vermilion Onyx which gives expertise and crit. you can also enchant expertise into your hands. with the additional hit you'll get, you can easily turn that into crit. Also you are in between haste caps. there is one at 1345 haste and the next one is at 3039.

Anything is fine. Keep it going on!

Hi Sidewinder,
First of all, i would like you to recommend to replace your trinket "Mithril Wristwatch" with Vision of the predator. You're also just below the soft haste cap which is a waste. The soft haste cap is at 3056 haste rating for non goblins. I won't really comment on your gems, currently there are 2 kind of ways of gemming the 80 int / 160 hit way or the 160 crit / 160 hit. If you use the stat weights from Mr.Robot it would turn out that 160 crit / 160 hit is 115.2 value higher than 80 int / 160 hit. However this might not be accurate so it's up to you. Your could spend a little more gold and get the greater shoulder enchant, looking at your recent activity you bought a valor ring worth for 1250 valors 15 hours ago so i'm sure you won't get a shoulder anytime soon.
The DPS from a fire mage is heavily dependant on the player itself. Make sure you have addons to watch your dots, and try to find a balance between your greed and a reasonable standard for ignite value before you use your combustion.
Good luck,

The unattainable best is the enemy of all the available betters.
I don't want you to get skipped, but the battle.net link is in German. And I can't read or speak any German. Lol, sorry man.
I've already been done. Whoever is next should do the poster above me, Sanji.

You know you can just replace the /de/ in the link with /en/ so http://eu.battle.net/wow/de/characte...raxis/advanced becomes http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...raxis/advanced and voila english
Ok, thank you, i will do so.

Edit: Sanji's link doesn't work at all.
Your character looks rather good, 100% optimized gem/enchant wise. Only suggestion I might make, if you don't play frost at all, is picking up Windsong over Jade Spirit. If you have high DoT uptime, the rolling buffs from windsong will be a higher net dps for fire than jade spirit.
My armory is in the picture in my signature (I'd take my own advice, but I play frost for some fights, and fuck swapping back and forth when jade spirit costs 10 crystals x.x)
I suggest running a few hc's for a better trinket. The Brewfest one is utter crap.
Also I can see you being under hasteplateau (3056) and as fire.
Nice job being exactly at 5100 hit though
Mine is in the sig, I'd like some reforging advice since I suck at it I know I'm under hitcap and that's due to the Horseman ring I just obtained. If I can get more stats I'd very much want to

download reforgelite, put in your stat weights, profit (the addon has a couple quirks but once you get used to it its perfect reforging)
also as I keep saying to people, reforging really doesnt change your dps THAT much, even if you reforged all of your best stat directly into all of your worst, its only going to be something like a 5% difference at most
in that vein, world of logs links would be much more useful for analysis in this thread. People worry so much about gear when you could probably gain more dps by something simple like not blinking as much when you could be scorching while moving, etc
Ah. well, unfortunately i cant armory you at work but my main advice would be that the addons/websites actually work quite well, but you have to learn how to use them or it seems like they're messed up. I actually felt the same way as you until recently when I realized I was just doing something wrong.
Its also worth noting that stat weights can vary - simcraft is a phenominal tool but it is just a tool not a mandate. Let me give you an example of what I mean-
simcraft sims overall dps on normal fights with varying amounts of movement. Look at hagara as a perfect example of where a player *could* beat a sim. Small windows of increased damage allow you to get a combustion in that window - mastery has the largest effect on combustion damage, so stacking mastery could actually be the correct answer for that fight even if simcraft tells you that overall, mastery isnt your strongest stat. You also have to take your playstyle into account, we dont play like robots so we don't need to gear like them.
Feral is a perfect example of this. Mastery is overall our best secondary stat, beating even hit. Some ferals gear this way, but many will tell you that the stability afforded by hit capping outweighs the theoretical dps increase that mastery could bring. The same can be said for crit capping a frost mage. Even if crit wasnt the best secondary stat, it would in many cases be worth crit capping so that you would know exactly how much damage you were going to do in a given window. Sparks on elegon are a great example of when this would be absolutely crucial.
I know in a sense some of this information is kinda "duh.." but really, most people will just stack whatever simcraft says is best and not think about other factors.
hi people i wanted to ask is there a soft or hard cap on crit as fire spec. before u start putting or reforge into haste. is a big question that i been haveing a hard time finding out.
there is against frozen targets in pvp, however fire doesnt have a freeze mechanic against pve bosses. There may be a point at which you're critting so much that the rotation is clunky and unstable, but I have a feeling that's not the case :P
Icy-veins says stack crit for fire and im likely to believe them, they're usually pretty accurate and it makes sense here
