Isn't Spanish or Chinese even the most spoken language? But English is used everywhere already and while there may be other more spoken languages, it doesn't reflect in standard international communications. That's why at this point English is probably the best choice.

If you phrase it like that sure. Most people when they think of the math definition come to the conclusion that it's geared towards dumb people, which is sort of a misuse of the term. It's similar to how in English two negative don't always make a positive. Math is all logic statements. Language is not a series of logic statements... though it can express logical things

I am overly critical of certain individuals, but it doesn't mean that I won't follow/listen to them/appreciate what they do make.

I can't stand Minaj. At all. I dislike her as a person (based on the little experience I've heard of her), and as an artist. Plus she's annoying as all hell to listen to, both in speech and in song.

Mostly heritage, imo. It's a part of their culture and their history. It's nice to have something like that.

I think English is the most common language. I can't think of anywhere that doesn't at least use it partially. Plus, it's one of the easier languages to learn (speech and reading/writing combined. Learning to speak Japanese/Chinese/etc. are easy, but the writing is terribly difficult. For example.)
