Yea I don't know why coconut water bothered me so much because the taste isn't why I don't like coconut... but yea it was horrible. It also could have possibly just been the brand. I don't think I've ever found a dough/batter/uncooked baked good that I didn't like. Even bread dough is pretty decent in small quantities, and there's very little sweetness about that. I know I shouldn't eat them, because they often contain raw eggs and other stuff that can make you sick, but that has never stopped me. I always have a bite or two when I make something.
