Warlock Weak Auras

Grabbed Furty's and OOMM's WAs, created a couple of mine and styled them to match ElvUI.

I'm liking how they look, although I can see some improvements that could be made.

i can't get your proc bar working from your pastebin .. i get a error decompressing it .. is it complete?

What I would like to have is a weak aura that will show me when my drain soul adds 2 seconds to my dark soul duration; however, I am unable to find that proc anywhere in the combat log. Basically I want it to show me text for 1-2 seconds and then disappear after it procs.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Just a notifier that it spawned, shows for 3s then goes away. Pretty much an exact copy of the old T17 4P proc notifier I used but instead of Spell Cast, it uses Spell Summon. If sound channels worked properly it would moo at you, but at least for me, sound channels don't seem to work though WA on Alpha.

There may be better ways of tracking it in the future, but for now as a quick fix this does just fine.

If you have the know-how to be able to use WA on Alpha I have been sitting on a setup similar to one that Zevoa had showed people through a video on the Pre-Beta thread. It's a very similar format to what I currently use on live servers except instead of WA DoT tracking I use Affdots (but will likely make a full swap to all WA in the future similar to this setup shown here. I have completed a full setup for Affliction, shows everything you'd need to know (for now) and every single talent, cooldown or DoT you currently have in your toolkit.

DoTs (UA, Corruption, Agony - Target + Focus - also tracks Pandemic), Reap Soul (Target), Soul Shard counter, UA "ignite" damage:

Some notes for this section:
Shows if Soul Effigy is in range (full colour) or out of range (goes red) if it's your focus target (which is how you basically have to play right now)
Shows if you're in range of Demonic Circle or if you should cancel it and recast
Every Talent tier has each talent in the same spot (ie: Grimoire of Service & Sacrifice are layered on top of one another, etc)

I hope to keep this updated as things change and more specs are added but I personally want to be satisfied with the product before showing it to the masses.

Is it possible to have the dot icon / timer bar to grow and shrink...or blink or flash to indicate when to refresh the dot....opposed to just the timer counting down? So, it would countdown as normal until it reached the refresh point and then begin the flash/blink? For UA/Agony/corruption

You should split up the WA in two. make one WA for the dot above the pandemic window & one under the pandemic window (do this in the trigger tab, where you use >, >= or < etc. with the timers). then edit the one under the pandemic as you wish in the animation tab.

Which then changes the pandemic setting to be around 10 seconds rather than what it should still be, 7.2 seconds. Quite an undertaking to make it dynamically update. I hope you can get it, I like that bar quite a bit!

I have been working on my own warlock setup for awhile, it's time to release them! There's lots of great options out there but i'd like to add mine to the list. I'll do a little video after any feedback I might get and fix inevitable unforeseen bugs. I use an edited version of OOMM's soul shard bar, check out his site!

Yeah, remember what the last WA was that you imported that corrupted your WTF for WA and go into the code file and delete everything associated with it. It's not guaranteed to work but it has a decent shot.

Also not sure where you got the WA but most are easily replicated and could just be resized options from the OP or from other posts in here.

Are you using the latest version of this aura? I updated it a few times about a week ago. (The same url contains the newest version.)

Are you noticing problems with a specific spell? Is it happening on long fights like raid bosses? or after small fights like quest/dungeons? Does it work at the beginning of a fight and then break during the same fight?

Am I right in saying this WA doesn't track Haunt? (Not haunting spirits, the actual Haunt debuff on the target)
