Honestly that was the worst episode of the season, it just so...meh.

A spy's end. Beautiful
I'll just tag this one too...
This latest one was a bit of a pointless "farewell" -episode. I for one have never appreciated those in any series, since they're not a proper part of a plot engine. Yes, I know, you work for years on a series and the cast is your family and it's sad when it ends and so on and so forth, but that does nothing for me as a viewer. Some people like sobby goodbye stories but personally, I think they could've done with a bit less.
I like the Walking Dead way of ending things a lot more; you just get ripped in pieces by zombies and then you're gone forever.
What a touching episode. But isn't Bobbi in Civil War?

Fudge. The goodbye scene in the bar hit me right in the feels and I have no idea why.
Episode in general was pretty mediocre, ending was good. The feels and such.
I think I got something in my eyes toward the end... almost teared up. It was really good.
Yet... if they are free to go back to US, what's stopping them to see each other, and heck, even continue doing the underground ops that no one else knows anyway?
What, some low skilled surveillance watching them, they can easily lose them when they want to. And if Russia hears about it then what? It's gonna be too late to make it public.
They're gonna be in their own spin off series, Most Wanted.
I'm kinda that to see hunter go... he was so hot, gosh.
I wish we'd see more of the metal melting guy... we need more inhumans.

Homophobia is so gay.
As the Russian Prime Minister told the President, "What matters here is only how things appear." To avoid escalation of hostilities between the USA and Russia, Bobbi and Hunter were not acting as agents of a United States agency, nor would they ever act as agents for any such agency ever again. That's the deal.
Russia knows "S.H.I.E.L.D. is alive and well", and working with the United States government. So S.H.I.E.L.D. and the President were forced to disavow Bobbi and Hunter, which means they publicly declared that the two former S.H.I.E.L.D. agents not only exceeded their authority with their actions, but that they were in fact never given the authority they were acting under when they exceeded it.
So, if Bobbi or Hunter shows up down the road working for S.H.I.E.L.D., no, it will not be too late to respond. It would mean that they were indeed working with the authority of the United States behind their prior actions, and Russia would therefore declare that the United States had committed an act of war.
Kinda shocked Bobbi didn't get lit up after assassinating the General, even though she dropped to her knees to surrender immediately, those people are Russians, they shoot first and second and don't bother asking questions. Sad ending.
You're not allowed to discuss conspiracy theories on mmo-champion, which makes me wonder what they're trying to hide.
I've been rewatching the Cinematic Universe from the beginning, and watching the first Avengers again, it really gives a new perspective seeing Gideon Malick on the World Council, as they're suggesting that Manhattan should just be nuked, after we know him to be one of the heads of Hydra.
Also, didn't remember that Hawkeye was basically in SHIELD before he was in the Avengers, as he appeared first in Thor. Then again, Romanov as well, who appeared in Iron Man 2. Suppose they were kind of forgettable in those movies. I mean, I've read about all Marvel comics there are but it's been like 10-20 years and I can't remember jack.
Also, Coulson was an asshole and SHIELD was a group of assholes before Avengers. It's funny that they made a series around complete assholes, but somehow they did turn it around. I suppose it helped that all their regular asshole agents died in the preceding movies.

I dunno, Natasha was pretty damn hot in IM2.
And Assholes of SHIELD, I kinda like that. Cuz really, May and Ward were combat, work alone assholes. Fitz and Simmons were lab geek "we're smarter than you" assholes, Skye was hacker, I'm NOT a fed, therefore not a FED asshole type of asshole and Coulson was the "I know Thor, so I'm better than you" type of asshole.
