Is there any variable Y, bound in the dimensionless non-negative, that returns a constant frequency of log (to any base) reduction while simultaneously experiencing exponential growth?
First to solve wins a copy of CS:GO.

The answer is: Barry.Mathematics: Soetoro's last theorem
I tried to google it, but all I get is shit like "Is Obama a muslim?" "Barry Soetoro - Obama Conspiracy Theories" and sites like obamacrimes.com
Um, I really have no idea what the thing you're trying to prove is. Google lists this page as the only result for "Soetoro's last theorem", too. Can you try to describe the problem clearly?
Are you asking about a function? Because that's a different thing than a variable. What does "dimensionless non-negative" mean, or "constant frequency of log reduction"?
As presented, the question appears to be nonsense.
"Log reduction" is a mathematical term (as is "log increase") used to show the relative number of live microbes eliminated from a surface by disinfecting or cleaning.
For example, a "5-log reduction" means lowering the number of microorganisms by 100,000-fold, that is, if a surface has 100,000 pathogenic microbes on it, a 5-log reduction would reduce the number of microorganisms to one.

Dimensionless Quantities
derived physical quantities which are independent of the simultaneous variation of quantities that are chosen to be fundamental. If, for example, one chooses length L, mass M, and time T as the fundamental quantities and their simultaneous variations have no effect on the value of a given quantity, then the dimensionality of such a quantity is equal to LMT = 1, and the quantity is dimensionless in this system of quantities.

I was expecting a clever Obama jab. Consider me disappointed
I would say the answer is: Bessel-Kelvin function for Y [0,inf+]
Forty two.
Putin khuliyo
This actually sounds like a lot of pointless jargon to hide the actual question. Reminds me of those damned Microsoft Certs.
Simply nonsense.
