I've always been a big fan of Zelda music.
For as much work as the agarest games could have used despite their inherent charm, I enjoyed it's music and this is particularly one of my favorite soundtracks in VGM OSTs.
sadly, it cuts out a few moments short and i cant find another recording of this version
Just recently I bought the soundtrack for Konami's masterpiece; Castlevania Symphony of the Night.
Still holds up. Still fucking amazing goth guitar rock.
Suteki Da Ne from FFX.
I always liked Zelda music. This track has always been particularly underviewed and underrated in my eyes;

This was pretty refreshing from D3 due to an otherwise lack of memorable boss themes:
Mainly from 0:30 to 1:20. For those who haven't played D3, it plays during a fight with a buff evil fiery angel with a rocket launcher/flamethrower who proceeds to burn down the place you fight in.

maybe its just my memories of hundreds of units marching across the map in epic battles with this awesome music in the background....loved that game.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.
Revelation 6:8
SUPER CASTLEVANIA IV
The single greatest VG soundtrack of all time. The original one that is, in all its low-fi glory. No stupid rock/guitars or orchestrated versions.

I was discussing this with a few friends today - I've always had a soft spot for music in video games. There's something about excellent compositions that invoke insanely strong feelings within me that can turn even a mediocre game into a spectacle, and can turn good games into masterpieces. My favourite piece of music from any video game is "You're Not Alone" from Final Fantasy IX, even 14 years later that music still gives me the most wonderful nerd chills.
I finished Halo 4 for the first time yesterday, and whilst the game itself wasn't bad, I found myself almost in tears during the final section of the last level because the music felt absolutely perfect. The scenery was so good, but the composition while you're reaching the end was the most breathtaking part of that game for me.

I couldn't find one, then I was gonna create a new one, then I saw this one in the sticky.
I WAS LOST OKAY I'm feelin' raw right now from all this music.
