    Well, that's wildly unattractive, but it's neither here nor there whether I find it attractive or not. There's nothing any more "wrong" about it than pierced ears.

    That first picture is Michelle Phan, she did NOT have permanent smile surgery done but surgery to her jawline.

    Not as bad as I expected, but I find whole idea quite repulsive. It's very easy to distinguish real smile from fake one. Too much fake smiling works more like an alerting signal. Why is that person smiling without a reason? Is he or she trying to trick me some way? And similar subconscious thoughts. Tho, it seems to be a cultural thing, since I heard similar statements from other people here, when they've seen fake smiling, especially about western politicians in formal conversations.
