Lots of good rappers right now.
Meek Mill, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Kirko Bangz, The Flamez (Flow in particular is nasty), Drake has some really good lines, Da Mafia 6ix (formerly Three 6 Mafia)
I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting, but that's most of what I listen to now it seems.
