Krispy Kreme has this I guess limited time strawberry cruller thing. Its really good. Taste like glazed strawberry cake. Well, now I'm totally getting some after work < . <

I also like classic glazed Krispy Kreme but has to be fresh (only 1-2 days old). Some of the Sheetz doughnuts are pretty good too, I'm sad I missed the red velvet cake ones thought. And a Mennonite bakery somewhat nearby has pretty decent ones, very big and home made.

Donuts are my guilty pleasure, though I don't eat them frequently.

I'm a huge fan of bismarcks, maple bars (NO BACON), chocolate bars, old fashioned glazed donuts, old fashioned sour cream donuts, old fashioned chocolate donuts, blueberry cake donuts...

Cake donuts with vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles. I don't eat donuts very often but those are the best.

Glazed, powdered, and crumb donuts are also okay. I don't really like any other kind than those, though. No fruit, flavours, or fillings please.

Hey that actually came close to something I read in the toilet today from a science magazine. It was something about a certain gene that allows some people to taste chemicals that are not natural in the world. Some people can't taste them at all. It's the same gene that makes some people hate asparagus.....

So basically some people could actually enjoy a Zyklon B flavored donut! And I wonder what does Zyklon B taste like....

I'm probably the only person I know that dislikes Krispy Kreme. They have a manufactured taste to me. I prefer local bakeries.

My local grocery store sells Cronuts, they are pretty awesome.

A local donut shop sells freshly fried yeast donuts between 1am-8am, those are pretty much the best thing I can imagine, but only when you get them fresh.

I miss living in Louisiana and being able to get a good beignet.
