I don't understand using blunt wooden objects to eat with. I did a bit of research and found out they were introduced during the Han dynasty. The problem I'm having is, why? How do you cut a steak and eat it with chop sticks?
I can see maybe these wooden objects being useful for noodles..i'm still on the fence about that. I just don't understand them. Is it cultural thing that the chinese people are hanging on too? Or are they really that amazing to eat with?
Someone with chopstick skills explain this please.
