Considering that T17 is the first raiding tier in WoD, this set looks amazing. I still have nightmares over the craptacular T11 Shadowflame Regalia that was the initial tier in Cataclysm.

T14 in MoP wasn't bad...but T11....ugh...horrid.

t14 is one of my favorite Warlock sets, actually. A lot of our sets look dark, but that one looks EVIL. Moreso than the rest of our sets (although several are up there) it makes me think of the in-game/lore ramifications ... I know that Warlocks are generally shunned by society, and it certainly doesn't help our reputation to walk around looking like that, haha ...

I agree with you - T14 was solid - I felt like a warlock wearing it. Much better than the current SoO tier set (so gross)...which I suppose refutes my assumption that Warlock sets get better as an expansion progresses.

Cata have all sets kinda crappy, T13 is meh, t12 it's terrible and t11 it's an insult to us, warlocks.

But MOP have good sets as CM one and T14. T15 and T16 are meh..but still better than T13 and all cata sets IMO.

I know earlier in the thread I said it looks like a smiling dog in the face with the two white "bone" looking accents on the face. I can get passed that. The set other wise looks great and I think they did a good job on it. Although just from personal taste. I like sets like the T5 where the sleeves cover the entire arm and gloves that cover the entire hand. Just personal preference but if they did that with the robe and gloves I would be overall a happy lock camper lol.

I liked the Sha set or the Red off color hat and boots with the pvp off color of the T5 set. They went well together. My all time fave lock set is the T5 all black look. That gave me the Hellraiser feel for some reason lol.

Yeah, T11 was a great Twilight Hammer set. T13 was a cool Old God set (tentacles should have been more animated, though), but T12 was just.. spiderlock. So lame.



In comparison, T14 was really cool -- Sha-themed, T15 was pretty all right, sort of asian demon-inspired. T16.. well.. I really don't know what it is supposed to be. Y'Shaarj?

I didn't realize y'all generally don't like t12. I really like the shoulders, although I rarely use the helm. Heroic I like even better. I use those shoulders as part of a mix/match with 25-player t8 robe and 10-heroic t10 offset helm.
